FC Bayern Women Welcome New Signing and Confirm Matchday Kick-Off Times

Inès Joins the Team

FC Bayern Frauen have announced the signing of 22-year-old left-back Inès. The German defender joins the club from Hoffenheim, where she has been a key player for the past three seasons. Inès brings a wealth of experience to the Bayern squad, having made over 50 appearances for Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga. She is also a regular member of the German U-21 national team.

Kick-Off Times Confirmed

FC Bayern Frauen have also confirmed the kick-off times for Matchdays 20-22 of the Frauen Bundesliga. The team will face SC Freiburg at home on Saturday, April 15th at 14:00 CEST. They will then travel to Eintracht Frankfurt on Sunday, April 23rd for a 16:00 CEST kick-off. The final match of the regular season will be at home against MSV Duisburg on Sunday, May 7th at 13:00 CEST.

Season Draw to a Close

FC Bayern Frauen are currently in fourth place in the Frauen Bundesliga, just one point behind third-placed Eintracht Frankfurt. The team still has a chance of securing a top-three finish and Champions League qualification, but they will need to win their remaining matches and hope that Eintracht Frankfurt slip up. The club is also still in contention for the DFB-Pokal, where they will face 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam in the semi-finals on Saturday, April 29th. FC Bayern Frauen will be looking to win the trophy for the first time since 2012.
